At Snacky Candy, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Free Shipping: At this moment, free shipping is available only for NYC local deliveries to all five boroughs on orders $350 and above.
  • Delivery Estimates: We offer fast delivery within 1-3 business days for local deliveries in NYC. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs and Import Taxes: Snacky Candy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Damaged Packages: For local deliveries in NYC, please inspect your order upon reception and resolve any issues at the time of delivery. For other deliveries, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us at snackycandy.us@gmail.com
  • Keep Packaging: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
